Privacy Policy – Wynn Auto Detailing

Wynn Auto Detailing ("we," "us") is located at 620 Big Hill Ave, Suite B, Richmond, KY. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including in our Wynn Auto Detailing mobile app.

Information we collect from customers
When you book or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and appointment information. We use this only to schedule and perform services, send appointment reminders and updates by text or email, process payments, and respond to your messages.

The Wynn Auto Detailing app (for our team)
Our Wynn Auto Detailing app for iPhone and Android is used only by our owners and employees to run the shop. There is no public sign-up; logins are created by the business.
• Logins: name, username, and role. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form that no one can read.
• Work records: jobs worked, time clock punches, hours, and tips, used for scheduling and payroll.
• Team messages sent in the app.
• Photos taken in the app (such as finished vehicles), saved to the phone and, if chosen, to our business records.
• Phone notifications: if allowed, a notification token so the app can send work alerts.
• Customer information (managers only), used to serve those customers as described above.
The app has no ads, does not track your location, and does not sell any information.

Our Facebook and Instagram app
We use an app called "Wynn Command Center" only to publish photos and posts to our own Wynn Auto Detailing Facebook Page and Instagram account. It does not collect, store, or access personal information from Facebook or Instagram users.

Business financial data
Bank transactions, expenses, and income are used solely for internal budgeting and reporting and are never shared or sold.

Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run our business, and only as needed:
• Cloudflare and Supabase (hosting and secure data storage)
• Expo, Apple, and Google (app updates and phone notifications)
• Twilio (text messages)
• Square (card payments)
• Anthropic (Claude) – when a manager uses the app's photo checker, the photo is sent to check framing and suggest touch-ups; it is not used to train AI models.
We may also share information when required by law.

Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your appointments. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Data deletion
To have your information deleted, call us at 859-625-0200 or visit us at 620 Big Hill Ave, Suite B, Richmond, KY. Employees can also ask the owner. We will delete your information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep it (for example, payroll records).

Children
Our services and app are not directed to children under 13.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
